iphone5 has moving green borders around things and won't allow me to unlock screen

when i try to unlock the phone, Siri turns itself on but she is no help.

See if a hard reset/restore does the trick. If not, you might have to drop by the Genius Bar and get it replaced if you're under the 1-year warranty or with AppleCare since it's a hardware issue last time I checked.

Thaks willerz - I am off to the genius bar today. The phone is 3 weeks old!
