You need to explain a little, lock to you probably means something Completly different to others... Describe what your phone is showing or doing and I'm sure someone here will be able to help, it's pretty hard to break an iPhone

I think he's telling us, he upgraded his iPhone 4 running on iOS4.0 to 5.1 or 5.0 and now his unlock has gone, due to upgrading and his phone isn't jailbroken, so he can't downgrade.
