My mother is bringing back an iPhone4.0.2 to Malaysia, if she wants to use it in Malaysia, what should she does first?

first - jailbreak?
second - unlock?

yes you first jailbreak then unlock, but make sure you dont upgrade your baseband to the newest one or you wont be able to unlock i dont think
