I have an issue that occurs with all of my bluetooth devices including Plantronics BB Fit Bluetooth headphones, a motorola bluetooth headset, and a bluetooth audio adapter in my car. When I receive a call it defaults to "phone" audio even though the bluetooth device(s) is connected. I have to manually switch the audio to the specific bluetooth device each time I receive a call. How do I resolve this?

Do you sync / pair / connect your phone to your Bluetooth device or wait for the call? In other words, is your iPhone paired with the Bluetooth device already and you receive a call and it doesn't go through the Bluetooth device?

Answer the phone with the Bluetooth. Don’t use your phone to answer. Should solve your issue.

Look at accessibility and call routing. Select Bluetooth as default or automatic. It may be set wrong.
