iPhone problems after OS 5 update

I have iphone 4 and since update of OS 5, I am not getting any email. It says "welcome to email" and then all the different selections i.e., iCloud, yahoo, mobile me, etc. When I try to reset up it tells me these accounts are already setup. I had mobile me before. My iPad 2 works fine. I made sure all settings and accounts are the same. I also am not getting a particular calendar on the iPhone, but works fine on Mac and iPad. Help!!!
