Iphone problem

I bought my I phone 5 from a loca AT and T store. I went there to ask abt my phone. People are telling me that my voice is broken up and hard to read sometimes.
Yesterday the person i called could not hear me at all.
I was told I would have to find a apple store because at the A T and T place all they do is sell them.

How do I find some place to get my phone checked out? I made some calls but could not reach a live person!

If you're within a certain timeframe (2 weeks???) ATT will get you out of the contract and you can start over. Talk to them about this. If you're over the timeframe, call Apple, or vist the local (yeah, right) Apple Store. By the way, how are your signal strength bars when you make those calls??
