Hi, I am an American that just came to Germany for the military. I just bought a new Iphone 4s at the Bx. I have all of my settings in English, but all of my Itunes, and app store are in German. All of my notifications are in German too. The app store also doesnt accept my credit card. Is there anything I can do about this?
