So I just switched from an Android phone to a new iPhone 5 and I'm really having a hard time getting over how terrible the keyboard auto-correct feature is in comparison to Android. I can't stop thinking about why on earth the iPhone wouldn't at least provide the option to show a list of possible words when you start typing. Am I missing something? Is there any kind of app that would give me this functionality? I have heard about this very feature being hidden under iOS 5 but apparently they didn't think it was important enough yet. Does anyone know if that same trick will work on iOS 6? I find that now I have to press a lot more keys to write the same thing on iPhone. For a company that prides itself on usability it seems really strange to me.
