Iphone ios 5 update bug

Ever since I updated to ios5 my music player is all messed up. It will say it is playing Tupac but in reality it's playing Tracy Chapman. Sometimes it won't work at all. What do I do? Plz help

Try a full restore that might sort it would i have never heard of this problem before....

Will I lose all my stuff if I do a full restore? I know to do a back up and transfer purchases to iTunes library. Will that keep me from losing photos contacts and everything else?

That's happened to me a few times (not by upgrading though, I was using something other than iTunes to transfer music). I had to remove all the music from the phone and re-sync to fix it. That was the only way I was able to fix it for me. It takes awhile but it works.
