Okay so I have a school email that I can't use the email app for on my phone. Idk if it's because it logs you out if your inactive for five minutes, or if it's because it's an edu mailing address. However, I keep a short cut to the log in on one of my screams so I can easily log in to it. Since I updated to IOS 5 I have had some problems. One is that it won't type replies for the edu email. It will go to the reply box, but when I go to type a message nothing appears and the cursor doesn't move.
I have also had problems with my music player since update. It plays the wrong songs frequently, skips music when not in shuffle, and will say playing Tupac but is actually playing Tracy Chapman.
I have power cycled phone, but I don't know how to do restore without loosing everything. Is it just like an update? U transfer purchases and back up? Will that keep me from loosing anything?
Also is there something I can do besides a restore?
