Iphone email scanner app?

Keep having spam sent to my address book in email.
From my yahoo email address, I deleted all my email contacts on yahoo website last night so I just have them stored on my iPhone contacts and they are still being sent???
What can I do as it is a daily occurrence now?

Nope. Not on a stock iPad. Maybe with a jail break
