iphone buetooth

hi all iDevice users..

i've something to ask concerning about the bluetooth for iphone..
a copule of days my friend and i tried to bluetooth music and both of us using iphone 4 running ios 5.0..
but the problem is when both of us turned on the bluetooth, all that happen is the iphone keeps on searching
for other iphone device and we have to wait quite a long time and still my iphone can't detect my friends iphone and
my friend iphone also same as mine, both can't detect or find each other..
please could someone teach me how to use bluetooth for iphone..

For file transfer, you need to be running the same program on each iOS device. I don't believe there is any way to copy music between devices using bluetooth.

so does that mean that i cant transfer music between iphone user using bluetooth??
no wonder it's not working for music transfer..
