Just ignore it. It's an automatic notice from Apple that's sent out because it's been 30 days since the previous beta release. BTW, have you updated to the iOS 9 GM release?

I haven't had access to a computer to do any diagnostics

It's the last release before the public release of iOS 9 later this week. You got that pop up because you're already in the beta program, it doesn't appear if you're not running beta software.

I've done all 3 updates the first I liked but the last few I see no difference

IAM sooo tired of iOS updates then I had apps to updates then had iCloud weekly back up
