Hello, my iPhone 5 keeps showing the slide power off control for no reason, also has a problem charging,
can anyone help ???

Hello, Try hard reset, Hold down the on/off and home button down together until the apple appears then let go and the phone will reboot.

Welcome to iPhoneForums. My Wife had the same problem(s), and after a HARD reset, it fixed the problems.
