Iphone 5 wont load a picture in a text message

When my iPhone 5 receives a picture message, it won't load the picture when I touch it. Could someone help me and tell me how to fix this and what's wrong with my iPhone? Thanks

Yes and it still won't work.

Try turning your wifi off. Sometimes the two networks have trouble working with each other
