Iphone 5 screen glitch

Upon getting my Iphone 5 last jul 1 i was playing Injustice gods among us on my phone. It started to move erratically. I guessed the i should wait for the IOS 7 to fix the glitch. After updating IOS 7 the glitch still continued. i can't find the cause of the glitch or what triggers it to happen.

Hard reset the device, and attempt to re-emulate the issue
