iPhone 5 6.1.3 Downgrade to 6.1.2

Hi I have a iPhone 5 which is on 6.1.3 yes I haven't update to the ios 7 yet. I am using a r sim so my carrier is unofficial. Anyways I was on my computer and I was on tiny umbrella. I clicked on save shsh blobs and it showed 6.1.2. This means my blobs are saved how can I downgrade without any problems. I would be grateful if you can help

I'm afraid that it is not possible to downgrade the iPhone 5. Your only choices are to stay on iOS 6.1.3 or upgrade to iOS 7.0.2.
