IPhone 4S when charge runs out I have to take apart

Hi when my iphone runs out of battery I have to take back off and slightly angle battery connector like its only touching bottom two contacts along with touching the side of phone then while in dock will charge
If I don't do above it will loop from apple logo turns on then sets date to start of time and then shows top battery icon as 100 %
Phone looses charge at a rapid rate please help

Possibly an internal problem and most likely not a software problem. Bring it to a professional (preferably your local Apple rep) and see what they say about it upon looking inside.
