That feature has nothing to do with the phone. That is an iOS issue in the render engine.

thats probably due to the amount of network congestion in your area! We get around 6mbps avg for real worl D/L speeds here in Bermuda on 3G... & we don't even have 3G+ or HSPA+ yet! UK data FTW!!!
