Iphone 4s music volume help! :(

I just got this iphone 4s last week and I usually listen to music at max volume.... and I noticed that whenever a push notification from any app or messages pop out, the volume turns down.... and when I try to put the volume back on max.... it's still turned down even though the iphone says that it's already at max.... Im getting confused.... I tried checking the volume limit and it's not even setup to limit anything.... I also tried restarting the device and it's still the same..... how come?.... and the weird part is that after another push notification pops out the volume goes loud again.... o__o

is there any way to keep this from happening? ((

I have the same problem!!! Ive search a lot of time and i dont find how to solve the problem, have you solve it?

My brother has this happen. He did a fresh restore as new device and it seemed to resolve that issue at the time.

Put your phone on no sound and then your audio wont lower
