iphone 4s freeze during restore

Hi
I've got iphone 4s jailbroken,
so i'm doing restore and update using itunes
it hangs on "Restoring iphone software"
and the progress bar doesn't move on itunes and iphone as well.

Ya I had to do my wife and My update about four times Before it work
