iPhone 4S Call issue

Hello ,

My parents bought my an iphone a such present for Christmas and since then i have a problem.
I cant call or recive call and cant message or recive messages. at call its says Call failed now 2 months it said Call ended too but dissapeard. At messages its a exclamation mark near them also cant send files with bloototh. I was with it at some idiots but they didnt reapaired it ( it tooks 2 months..) i found some things on internet with SHow my caller id and call back and other stuff and it works better but not as better how its supposed to do. What should i do? Thanks

Take it back to apple thats what you should have done to begin with.

Agreed... if you've been having issues with your device not making or receiving calls and not sending or receving texts properly, from the time you started using it, then it really needs to be taken to an Apple store to be checked out. Coule possibly be a hardware issue... or even a Sim card issue.

I had a similar problem I took it back to apple they exchanged it now it's all good
