There is no FaceTime icon on the iPhone period.

There is no facetime icon on iphone because its incorporated in the call app. There is an icon in ipad 2 because there is no call.app

There is a FaceTime section in the settings. You just got to look better. Are you sure its even an iphone4 or 4s

It is 4s. I asked the service center and they said it is disable here in Saudi waaaaaaa
