IPHONE 4 update help

my iphone 4 (GSM) factory unlocked was running on jailbroken ios 5.1.1
i tried to update it to 6.1.3 using itunes keeping in my that I dont need a jailbreak this time
Just wanted a formated iphone

But it got stuck in the itunes logo recovery mode
Tried downloading IOS 6.1.2, IOS 6.1.3
USED SN0WBREEZE and all possible modes

Always comes with error 3194 or watever

I just wanted some IOS to be loaded so that i can hand over iphone to my wife
Pls help

did with the latest itunes and ios
i could load ios
but now iphone and itnes says unable to activate
try agaian or contact customer care
what next??
i did insert my sim
did via wifi
