Iphone 4 unlock

Hello.

I´m totally new to all of thees new phones. I just got an Iphone 4, that is locked untill the guy i bought it from, pays what he owes the phone company. i thougt that it would be easy to unlock it, but that i obviously not the case.
Please help me

I'm pretty sure he/she is asking if he can use the phone not unlocking it for another company it depends if it's Verizon from what I hear your sol and if it's AT&T it should be as simple as popping in you sim (micro sim) and activating it through iTunes.

you cant use ultrasn0w to unlock so really atm your only option is a solution such as gevey sim.

not at all.... Unlocked is an app you download after you jailbreak so if you managed to unlock with ultrasn0w then you are already jailbroken

Well there is no unlock for that baseband unless you rely on solutions such as gevey sim
