I have the chinasnow cydia unlock. Just today, my iPhone stopped accessing the network. It recognizes my number, but it says no service incessantly. I am not sure what exactly to do.

Ultrasn0wCN is not a software unlock it is to be used in conjunction with a Gevey SIM. You should just get a Gevey Ultra SIM and use the official FuriousMod package.
