iPhone 4 Slow and Hang

I am facing a problem with my new I4,
its been slow in responding and sometimes it hangs for 2-10 secs.
specs : iPhone 4
IOS: 4.0.1
Firmware: 1.59.00
Jailbroken
Unlocked in PAKISTAN
avaialble mem: 11 GB

Plz help.

Corrupted files on the system. Factory restore it should fix up a lot of mess on that phone.

my iphone is unlocked so i cant restore it coz it will undo unlocking. any other way?

Possibly clear off unused apps, music or pics. Also, perform a hard reset... hold the lock & home buttons together for 10 seconds, then release.
