iPhone 4 Hangs and Restart on Swiping Unlock Screen

Hello guys,

I have an Iphonne 4 (not 4s) with the problem of first hanging and then rebooting when I swipe the silder on the scren.

1. I have reflashed to latest version 6.1.3 (tried with 6.1.2 and 6.1.0 too)
2. If i keep pressing the power button, i can turn off the phone normally.
3. If i press the "i" info icon, it showsme the iccid.
4. I changed the battery
5. I changed the whole screen too.
6. Sometimes it takes alot of time on booting (apple logo).

The only case when it restart is that when i swipe the slider, it hits the right most end, hangs for a second or two and restart.

Please help me in this regard.

Improper use of flash. Flashing means that you've changed the appearance of it. iOS's are not temporary changes of appearances. The proper term is restored.

Double check your assembly and make sure that everything is in place such as your battery is full grounded and all.
