Iphone 4 prepay?

Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot but I have a iPhone 4 with Verizon and my friend wants a iPhone. I was wondering if I could maby get a pre payed one or unlock one to make it a pre payed or use with cricket or something along the lines due to his poor credit?

I think his language is ok, if it's about that cricket you are concerned about, I'm not sure but I think it's a carrier or an Internet provider company name or service name.
