I have a iPhone4. I recently changed account information from my wife's old account to my new one. I have changed the account info on the phone itself, however, when I try to update my apps, my wife's Apple ID still pops up. How can I change this to my Apple ID?

It's asking you to input the password from the account that the app/s were installed from. In order for you to change that you must delete the apps and reinstall them on your account.
