Updating of Iphone

I lost my Iphone4 last week...
I updated it with Itune with my currunt apple account last month.
My all info was in my lost Iphone4.

I now got hold of my old Ipne 3 and inserted new SIM of same old Lost account.

I also updated this Iphone 3 too on same account with Itunes.

I now intent to buy new Iphone 4 soon.

How can i retrive my last updates of my I
Lost Iphone 4 on this new phone.

Please note i also updated my old iphone3 too last night with my existing Apple account
at itunes.

Kindly advice and help.

If you had backed up your iPhone 4 all you have to do is after hooking your iPhone to iTunes by USB syncing cable. Then locate the phone in the left side window. Right click on the phone name chose to restore from backup of whatever you named your iPhone 4. You will have all the information on your iPhone 4.
