iphone 4 apps problem

i have just got an iphone4 on contract,i live in spain and need to get the apps in english,all the settings are in english but apps are in spanish and need to put emil address on there, any ideas,thanks tim

You're settings in iTunes need to be for the U.S. You're using the spanish App Store through iTunes.
