IPhone 4. After updating most things wont work.

So I updated my IPhone 4.
Its now on IOS 6.1.2

This had started once i updated to ios 5

When i'm at home it will connect to wifi half the time it will disconnect wifi and wont find wifi for a while and reconnect..

Outside of home wifi, which i used to be able to connect else where now wont connect, i can connect at work where it reconises the wifi with the password i have previously used.

Even if shows 3G wont connect.

IMessage doesn't work

Can not send picture messages...

Can anyone help?
