I have a problem with my iPhone 3GS. I broke my "glass" and when i tried to remove it with the suction cup, only parts of the glass came off instead of the whole LCD + glass. So what I have now is an iPhone 3GS with all the broken glass scraped off. I have tried to put the suction cup straight on the LCD to remove it but it bends and I'm afraid I will break it if I pull any harder.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can get it out without ruining the LCD?

Appreciate it.

Try pulling it from the ear speaker (I've never done that) but when I opened my iPhone I took the bottom screws off and pulled up my screen from the very top and not from the bottom. I dont really think this will work, at least I tried :)

Go on youtube lots of videos on this.

I'm sad to say I haven't found any concerning my particular problem. I know there are videos on how to get your LCD+glass out when its all "one piece" but since the glass is gone already and as I described in my original post I have a problem with getting the LCD out because I'm afraid to brake it because it bends when I apply moderate force.
