Iphone 3G restored

The idiot ATT guy in my local store deleted and formatted my 3G without backing it up. For some reason my laptop's recent backup is 9/18, which is after the format. Is there any way for me to recover these contacts now?

Sorry to hear that but truthfully it wasn't the AT&T's guy to back your phone up. Without that backup you're out of luck unless you have your contacts somewhere else.
