iPhone 14 volume issues

I’ve got the iPhone 14 (regular) and ever since I’ve been using it, the volume self adjusts to a lower setting or off completely and won’t vibrate and the ringer is adjusted to full volume. Any ideas, the people at AT&T don’t know a damn thing and we don’t have an Apple Store here, although they wouldn’t have a clue either!

If this happens when you look at your device, go to Settings - Face ID & Passcode, and turn off Attention-Aware Features.

If that’s not the case, try turning off “Change with Buttons” in Settings - Sounds & Haptics, and see if this helps.

In case you’ve already tried these, tell us what else you’ve already done to prevent this from happening.
