iPhone 13 pro max battery draining

I noticed that my iPhone's (13 Pro Max) battery is draining fast, like 1% every 4-5 minutes of usage, while when the phone is on standby, it does not drain that fast. I almost turned everything off (GPS, notifications, Background apps refresh...etc) and reset all settings and still, I have the same issue. the operating system is iOS 15.5, the battery health is 100%. any help, please?

Have you gone to Settings>Battery to see how much battery power each app is using?

I did, in fact, I used to have a golden 13 pro max before, I replaced it with a sierra blue one just because I liked the color more, however, the battery of the golden one did not drain like that though I used to use the same applications.
