I have 9.3 installed on my i5s and now some apps will not open.
I have checked some settings and sometimes even Safari will not open some web pages.

Thoughts?

Have you tried restarting your iPhone? Press and hold both the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons and wait for the iPhone to restart.

BTW, I've moved your post to it's own thread where it will receive more attention.

Ah ok.
Was wondering why I could not locate it.
Yes. I have done a hard reset. Several times actually.
I uninstalled iTunes on my PC win10 as did the same on my win10 tablet.
The 9.3 installed thru my tablet but not my PC.
I am curious if the app developer has run into the same issue where their app will not open.

Received the latest iOS 9.3 update today.
Still, I have Apps that will not completely open.
Safari also struggles, if not fails, to open links when selected.
Even right now, iphoneforums.net attempts to complete loading this page but never finishes.
:-(

Mine does the same on Safari Agave, so I downloaded Google Chrome and everything works ok with that browser. Apple needs to wake and fix their crap

That worked one time. Came back to the site later that day and it didn't work again. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35]

Just installed update 9.3.1 and still no fix for the missing volume icon when using a case with sleep/wake function.

9.3.1 only addresses the problem with unresponsive apps after tapping a link.

It was last September someone at Apple told me it was a known issue that would be fixed with the next update, It isn't.

I was at the local Apple store this evening.
Employee directed me to the 9.3.1 update.
Stayed at the store until it updated.
Apps are starting to work.
However...
Safari is still not completing page loading.
I'm still frustrated.
Going back another day to ave my i5S diagnosed.
Looked at the i5SE.
Way faster than my i5S.
Contemplating purchasing the i5SE.
Store was sold our on both GB versions..

I don't have the problem mentioned but I just downloaded and installed 9.3.1 and the ability to password-protect selected notes still hasn't made an appearance. Are we sure it was intended to do this on a 5s? Maybe I'm looking for something that just isn't gonna happen, ya s'pose?? :)

Open the Notes app and select a note. Tap the Share button at the top:

This is the next screen, and here you can lock the note:

Create a password and enter a hint:

It's also possible to use Touch ID to unlock the note.

This button locks or unlocks the note:

This feature is availble on all devices with iOS 9.3 installed.
Here's more information:

Thanks, J.A., but that's just the point - there is no share button at the top. The share button is still at the bottom where it's always been and it offers no option to lock anything.
