I want to re-install iOS 9.3

Hi I have iOS 10 Beta installed in my iPhone 6S plus and iPad Air 2. One of my favourite apps won't work with iOS 10 so I want to re-install iOS 9.3 I have downloaded iOS 9.3 and tried to install it but I was unable as a message came up saying that the iOS 9 that I downloaded was incomplete. Can anyone help please.

Welcome to iPhoneForums, eamonn2!

You don't have to download the software version to unenroll your iDevices. Connect them to iTunes (computer), put them into recovery mode and restore them.
Here are the instructions:
Unenroll

This should install the latest iOS, 9.3.4, on your iPhone. iOS 9.3 isn't signed by Apple any more, you won't be able to get it to your device.
