I have a question in my Notes,when I iput some information and save it...all the stuuf that I save disappears for some odd reason.

Do you Know what the problem would be ?

I'll try this but my issue only happens with one specific note; my Christmas list!!!! It's driving me nuts because I'm forgetting what's on the list. This is just weird. And no, I'm not hitting delete by accident. I'm EXTRA cautious when in this particular note. There MUST be something going on because it's just this ONE note. This is the third time it's deleted in about 3 months. Double sad face :-(

I found if!!!! It was located in my Yahoo! Mail account. Not sure WHY that one specific note is soooooo special (besides being the Christmas list) but for some reason it's the only one to go missing. But Praise God I got it!!

No. It's just me. Kinda wish I did have a "legit" reason for this odd occurrence. It still makes NO sense. I will say this; I NEVER had this or some of the other weird issues I'm experiencing with this new 5S that I didn't have on any of the previous phones.

Check to see that it's not being synced with any of your email providers

Yes it's attached (after my investigation) to Yahoo! Mail, however I still don't know why just that ONE particular note is being deleted. I'm glad it is attached because that list has the requests of ALL my gift recipients. At least I was able to retrieve it.
