Have on iPhone 4 now, and Maps is better but no Turn by Turn. Isn't that suppose to work on iPhone 4 as well??

Turn by turn is only on the 4S and 5

The "Turn by Turn" feature in maps is tagged as a Siri function. That means iPads, iPod Touches and iPhone 4 and below are not compatible with Turn by Turn. Tested it with my iPads, and my brother's iPhone 4
