iOS 6 and 3GS

I just upgraded my iPhone 3GS to iOS 6. Everything seems to work ok but I have two questions.

1.The Stocks and Weather apps that came with the phone are still there, even though they are not on my ipad with ios6. Is this normal?

2. My whole reason for updating was to try to get Siri. Even with 6 it doesn't have it. Is there any way to get Siri on an iPhone 3GS?

1) Yes. There are some differences between the iPad and iPhone stock apps, just like the Phone.app.

2) Siri is only available for the 4S and newer devices
