IOS 5 IPhone4 Email

Hi
just updated to IOS 5 on my IPhone 4 & mail is going crazy!
Everytime I go into email it downloads all the emails again...& again & again, the only way I can stop this is by going onto my desk top & retrieving them!!!
This never used to happen.
Also when I delete the mails they disappear i.e. do not go into trash folder!

I have followed the advice i found of turning account off, done, turning account off, done.....no change
I've resorted to deleting the account, synching & reloading from lap top....no change!

Please can any one help as it's driving me crazy!!!!!

Sorted it myself thanks. Restored Iphone 4, & it works ok now! I guess IOS 5 didn't load properly first time!

U had restored bro how to restore can u help me. I hadnt saved shsh too can u help me bro

Load Itunes on PC, Plug phone in as if to Sync & make sure back up is done,click on your device and in summary scroll down to restore, click this then follow all insrtuctions on both PC & on your phone, make sure you restore the backup & there you are! Worked well for me
