IOS 5 and iCloud

I don't really know what iCloud, does it related to ios 5?

It means that I can upload whatever I stored in my iPhone?

iCloud comes with ios 5 and when enabled it allows you to backup all your data or a selected amount and it also allows you to download one app from your idevice and it will automatically share with all your idevices as well as taking pics or making general changes to one device it will save on your other devices if you want > more info can be found here..
