Except the later versions of iOS 10 wouldn't be named after cats or mountains.
The existing naming convention is continuing, with the new release being called macOS Sierra.

I'm guessing IOS10 will be available to download in the UK around 6pm.

It's probably a good idea for people to do this update before trying to use iTunes to update their iOS devices to iOS 10.
That's what I did before I connected my iPad to my MacBook to update it.
