Try resetting your phone

hold the power on/off button till you see "slide to turn off", then do so and wait a few second and turn it back on. See if this work for you.

Are you trying to access the Net by wi-fi or by using the 3G/cellular data option? Or is it bad with either? What's your signal strength -- with a weak signal, it "looks" like it's trying to load a web page, but just doesn't quite get there........
