Hi, I recently changed my iPhone 4 screen, I put it all back together and it's not working, I found this part which must have fallen out, is this what is affecting it? If so when at is it and where does it go? Thanks.

There are no non essential parts in an iPhone, you should replace the part in its proper position. Under the right conditions, the lack of the grounding clip could be harmful to your phone.
