Apple ID not working anymore??

Hi my apple ID has been the same since I got my phone in April. I have just tried to use iTunes and it's saying my ID could not be found even though my ID has been the same and logged on since April. Or my password was wrong. Which it isn't as that's also been the same since. Any ideas what I need to do to fix it ??

Probably a hick-up w/ the system. Another member posted up about the same issue a little while ago as well.
