Increase pixelation/photo size on iPhone 6

My iPhone takes photos that, when zoomed into, are very grainy and pixelated. Is it possible to increase the pixelation/photo size of photos taken on my iPhone?

Are you shooting photos in low light? The resolution drops sharply in low light situations. Zooming into any digital photo will increase the apparent pixel size and result in photos which appear pixelated and lacking in fine detail. The iPhone 6 has an 8mp camera and it's not possible to increase the resolution.
The higher the resolution of the camera, the more it can be enlarged before image degradation becomes apparent.

Is it possible to increase pixilation/image size on an iPad mini 2 with retina display?

Are you trying to get a sharper picture? You can't get more resolution in a photo than the resolution limit of the camera.
