Icons to match theme

Can anyone tell me, pretty much step by step how to get every icon to match the themes. Much appreciated.

What theme are you working with? Some themes just haven't been updated by the Dev. to work w/ 5.1.1 coded icons.

Instal theme. If not all icons changed to the ones from the theme, install ThemeIconMaker from Cydia, run it and thats it.
